Questions, answered

Does this actually reduce facial puffiness?
Morning puffiness is mostly fluid that pools overnight, and gentle massage can help it move along. The effect is temporary and subtle — think brighter and less puffy for the morning, not a permanent change to your face shape. Doing it daily is what makes it a habit worth keeping.
Why do the moves start at the neck?
Lymphatic drainage works best when you clear the path first. Starting at the neck opens the route so fluid from the face has somewhere to drain toward. The routine follows that order deliberately — it only takes a few minutes.
Is it free, and do I need anything?
Yes, it’s free — we ask for your email so we can send the PDF and occasional tips, and you can unsubscribe anytime. A clean face and light hands are all you need; a drop of facial oil or moisturiser helps the moves glide.
