Trust & Transparency

Editorial Policy

The content on this site — our blog and guides like What is Face Yoga? — exists to help you care for your skin and face naturally. Here is how we hold ourselves accountable for its quality.

How we create content

Every article on this site is written by the Yasmine team and drawn from the same educational library we publish inside the Yasmine app. Our content covers face yoga, skincare, and wellness, and is written to be practical: what to do, how to do it safely, and what to realistically expect.

We write in plain language. Where a technique has limits, we say so, and where results take time, we tell you how much.

Our standards

We do not exaggerate. We distinguish clearly between well-established evidence, promising early research, and traditional practice, and we avoid promising outcomes that the evidence does not support.

Face yoga and skincare guidance is educational — it is not medical advice and never replaces a consultation with a dermatologist or physician. Whenever a concern may need professional care, our articles say so explicitly.

Sources and review

Our educational content is grounded in peer-reviewed research where it exists — such as published studies on facial exercise — and in widely accepted skincare and wellness practice where formal research is still emerging. Articles are reviewed and updated as our library evolves; each article shows the date it was last updated.

Corrections

If you believe something we published is inaccurate or out of date, we want to know. Email us at contact@yasmineapp.com and we will review and correct it promptly.
