What’s inside
A complete program, not a list of exercises
Every day is a short, balanced routine — warm-up, activation, main work, cool-down — built from the same 60 exercises that power the Yasmine app, sequenced so muscles get worked, then get rest.

The plan
Four weeks, four focus areas
Week 1
Cheeks & Smile
Wake up the mid-face: exercises for fuller-looking cheeks and a lifted smile.
Week 2
Jawline & Chin
Define the lower face with resistance work for the jaw, chin, and tongue.
Week 3
Eyes & Forehead
Gentle training and massage to brighten the eye area and soften tension lines.
Week 4
Neck & Full Face
Lift the frame — neck and platysma work, then everything together.
Grounded in the research we cite across our guides — including the 2018 JAMA Dermatology facial-exercise study. No miracle claims: subtle changes, honest expectations, ten minutes a day. Read the science

Face Yoga Over 40
Prevention-first: leads with the eye area and forehead, where fine lines usually show first.
Face Yoga Over 50
Two full weeks on the lower face and neck — jawline, jowls, and “turkey neck.”
Gentle Face Yoga Over 60
Slower and seated-friendly: more massage and release, nothing high-intensity, 5–9 minutes a day.
Questions, answered
- Is the challenge really free?
- Yes. You get the full 28-day plan and all 60 illustrated exercises as a printable PDF, free. We ask for your email so we can send you the download and occasional face yoga tips — you can unsubscribe with one click, anytime.
- How much time does it take each day?
- About ten minutes. Every day is a complete short routine — warm-up, main exercises, cool-down — and days 7, 14, 21, and 28 are lighter reset days.
- Do I need any equipment or experience?
- No. You need a mirror, clean hands, and optionally a drop of facial oil for the massage moves. Every exercise has step-by-step instructions, a photo, and a form tip, and the plan starts gentle.
- Does face yoga actually work?
- The research is early but encouraging. In a small 2018 JAMA Dermatology study, women who did daily facial exercise for 20 weeks showed modestly fuller cheeks and were rated as looking about three years younger. Expect subtle, gradual changes — consistency matters more than intensity.
